Why I built BillDrift
A simple way to verify 3PL invoices against the evidence you already have.
I kept coming back to the same problem: 3PL invoices can be surprisingly hard to verify.
You often have the invoice, a rate card and some operational data — but checking whether everything actually lines up still means comparing spreadsheets manually.
That’s why I built BillDrift.
It’s a deterministic 3PL invoice reconciliation tool for ecommerce teams. You upload the evidence you already have, and BillDrift checks what can actually be verified from that data.
Missing evidence simply reduces coverage instead of creating fake findings.
Right now I’m focused on getting real operators and ecommerce teams to run actual audits and tell me where the workflow still falls short.
