    I read the article twice but I didn't get why you returned to job. Can you explain in plain words? Thanks.

      He mentions in the second paragraph that his "heart wasn’t in it" but at the end talks about freedom and commitment. Very confusing indeed.

        So I traded some of my freedom for something more important; commitment.

        I didn't understand this part. If you have freedom there is no need to trade it for anything - because you already can do whatever you want, including commitment.

    The link (domain) is dead, but from the comments I get that:

    1. This post is somewhat confusing
    2. I assume that John wanted to belong to a bigger organisation where he is given the sense of responsibility, instead of being 'free' as an entrepreneur / solopreneur.
