Why I'm starting #100DaysOfAI

🚨 I messed up.

For the past 2 months I've been drowning in the AI news cycle, without anything to show for it.

No new skills, projects, insights...

Just a growing sense of FOMO + anxiety.

That's why I started #100DaysOfAI yesterday.

To become an AI bro. Just kidding 😅

I think we all know that AI is going to change the world in a pretty big way.

How, what, when? Who knows.

But instead of watching the party unfold, I wanted to join it too by...

🌱 giving myself permission to learn vs just waiting for something to happen
🌱 actively using AI in my everyday life vs just reading about it
🌱 starting small vs not starting at all

Following three simple rules everyday can change everything…

I know this because I used the same playbook to learn no-code (as have 1000's of others!).

😢 2019: learning in private, no community, structure or projects built
😍 2020: learning in public, community, daily structure, 10+ no-code projects built

How? By...

1️⃣ Publicly committing to learning
2️⃣ Dedicating 30 mins daily to learn something new
3️⃣ Sharing my progress with others

Which...

1️⃣ Kept me socially accountable to my goals
2️⃣ Made the habit so small, I couldn't say no
3️⃣ Reinforced my new skills

Ultimately, it makes learning visible.

That's why I'm doing the same for #100DaysOfAI (https://www.100daysai.com/)

Bottom line:

I'm treating this as my personal 30-min daily AI research lab — learning, connecting, experimenting, and building.

By taking small daily steps, I aim to swap anxiety with excitement, discover practical applications, and gain a deeper understanding of this tech.

How is everyone else learning more about AI without losing their mind 😅?
