One shift I’m starting to understand
A product without users isn’t really a business
It’s a project
You can spend weeks improving features, polishing the UI, fixing edge cases
But until people are actually using it, none of that translates into real value
What’s interesting is how easy it is to stay in “building mode”
Because it feels productive
It’s controllable
You can see progress
Distribution feels uncertain in comparison
But that’s the part that decides whether something grows or not
I’m starting to think building and distribution shouldn’t be separate phases
They should happen together from day one
Curious how others approach this early on
