Why would you do this?

This is a humble request to all tech founders:

Pls make your product easy to understand

So many times I go to the website and end up wondering:
'Yeah I know that...but what does your product ACTUALLY DOOO?'

Why don't you just explain it in simple language?

Even the demo video is so difficult to understand

Pls fix it!
