When you receive a PSD file, do you use theme builders to build the site or do you custom code it and then upload to Wordpress? Just intrigued on how developers take a design and build a Wordpress website.

Uploading PSD file to Wordpress will not automatically generate HTML file.
I usually use Page Builders such as Elementor or new Wordpress Block Editor to convert PSD to HTML.

Many developers opt to use WordPress theme builders or page builders like Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, or WPBakery Page Builder. These tools allow for a more visual and drag-and-drop approach to website building.
Personally I use a no code builder or theme with built in no code solution. Then you can adjust in CSS if needed. I am a dan of the Arvada Theme because of the flexibility and no code building.
