I'm currently developing a SaaS tailored for SMEs and designed for daily use, much like task management tools or calendars.

To enhance user engagement, I'm considering adding a supplementary tool to the desktop application—either a Chrome extension or a mobile app—to simplify the process of creating and updating tasks.

I'd love to hear your preference: for work-related applications, do you lean more towards using a Chrome extension or a mobile app? Or just web app?
