Working Toward the First 1,000

I'm working toward my first 100, then first 1,000 subscribers. This is the part of the journey where every single subscriber means the world, and building your audience requires a ton of elbow grease. What did you guys find were your most successful approaches to this stage? Either concrete ways of sharing your great work or better ways of thinking about the process.

I write about Internet culture as influenced by AI and tech. I'm an AI researcher, writing for people outside of the field as someone in it. Feel free to check it out and let me know what you think -- right now I've published:
