What do you think about this equity raising feature (in beta)? We are developing a tool that will make investing in a deal as easy as an instant checkout for passive investors. One of the key elements is showcasing all deal details and allowing passive investors submit documentation directly on the portal.

In my experience, passive investors don’t struggle with intent
they struggle with confidence.
If the deal details feel clear, well-structured, and easy to scan,
the “checkout” idea makes a lot of sense.
