Would SMBs Pay for Subscription-Based Network Engineering Support?

I’m exploring a subscription-based remote network engineering service and wanted to get some feedback. The idea is to provide SMBs with a fixed number of network configuration change requests per month (e.g., firewall rules, VLAN setups, VPN configs) for a predictable monthly fee.

The goal is to help businesses that don’t have full-time networking staff but still need regular changes and support. Instead of hiring a dedicated engineer, they could outsource these tasks on a monthly subscription basis (e.g., 10-20 requests per month).

Some questions I’d love input on:

Would SMBs prefer this over hiring in-house or paying per request?
What pricing would make sense (e.g., $2000-$2500/month for 20 requests)?
Do you see potential risks with this model?
Any alternative ways to position this service?
I’m targeting Scandinavian SMBs (Norway, Netherlands, etc.), where IT salaries are high, making outsourcing more attractive.
