Would you hire a part time developer to work on your startup?
Without diving into too many details, I'd like to work for a startup but most job ads (for developers in general) are for full time positions.
Would you hire a part time dev for your startup, and if not, why?
Hiring a part time developer is a possibility like any other.
Instead of working 9am to 5pm he could work from 9am to 12 or from 1pm to 5pm ...
Or he could get paid by coding module done. Let's say for "login system module" i will pay you $$$. For "user profile module" i will pay you $$$.
