Hi all,
We're building a new connection tool that helps people make new connections based on interests.
This means we're in the business of introducing strangers to each other, and keeping everyone as safe as possible on the platform is incredibly important to us.
We're figuring out the best approach to security at the moment, and I wanted to ask the community:
"Would you, as potential users, pay a trivial one-time cost (i.e. $2) for verification on a platform that allowed you to connect with new people like this?"
The payment'd be a one-off (no recurring costs), mandatory for all users, and only levied when you got your first 'match' on the platform - that is, you only pay when you know that you've got some value coming your way afterwards.
Thank you all, and good luck with your ventures!
