Would you use a mobile heroku app?
Trying to see if there's any interest for an app that would allow you to monitor, check logs, restart, and notify you of errors on your heroku dynos.
I came up with this as I have several projects running on hobby and production dynos and no real way to check logs on the go outside of an uptime monitor, and if something does go wrong, I can't restart the dyno or investigate specifics.
Heroku's api is very full featured so backend development / hosting would be minimal.
My only concerns would be if anyone would pay for this. I'm aware heroku is not as popular as it used to be, and not many companies use it anymore.
Also, I am an IOS dev, and I'm concerned making an iOS only app could seriously hinder this.

Sounds like you should try to disprove or at least reframe these two assumptions:
Looking closely at the above statements, it’s really just fear that it’s not a big enough market. I suspect both assumptions might be false, that is, a lot of people still use Heroku and the number of people that use iOS is much bigger than you’re imagining - and yes, you might be leaving money on the table if it’s iOS only - that’s probably ok at this stage.
Obviously that doesn’t mean you would actually find customers that can support whatever level of income you’re imagining you need to hit for it to be worthwhile..
Alternatively, build the app for yourself quickly with minimal functionality and polish and see if you can get attention from potential customers along the way. SEO the shit out of your webpage and it’s content marketing blog and cross your fingers.
There’s a nice post here recently about someone making 10k MRR after 10 years of plodding along - maybe that’ll be you 10 years from now, would it be worth it then? 🤷♂️
