You are sending cold emails every day and still getting ignored

You are sending cold emails every day and still getting ignored

Most freelancers and agency owners are not lazy

They are sending messages every day

Posting Researching prospects Writing emails

Trying different angles And still no replies

--

That is the painful part It feels like effort should equal results

But it does not

Because the problem is not effort It is personalization

You are sending the same message To 1000 different people

And they can tell

--

Meanwhile your prospect gets 50 cold emails a day

They delete most before finishing the first line Yours included

The ones that get replies are different

They mention something specific Something real Something that proves you actually looked

That takes 45 minutes per prospect to do manually

So nobody does it

--

That gap is where most outreach fails, not because the service is bad, but because the message sounds like everyone else

--

When your email feels personal, You do not have to convince. You just have to show up. The reply comes naturally

This is the shift most freelancers miss. From sending more to saying something real

That is the idea behind ReachRix.

Paste a prospect's name and website URL

ReachRix scans their site, finds their real problem, and writes a cold email or LinkedIn InMail in 30 seconds that feels like you spent an hour researching them personally

If your outreach is not working right now

Do not send more.

Send something real

Just tried ReachRix and the output is genuinely good. The intent score feature is something I have not seen in other tools.

Thank you. The intent score is honestly one of my favorite parts of building this. During onboarding ReachRix learns your service, niche, case studies, and ideal client. So when it scans a prospect's website it is not just writing a generic message. It is checking whether your offer actually fits their problem before generating anything. The intent score is the output of that analysis. High score means strong fit. Low score means move on. It saves a lot of time reaching out to the wrong people.

Hi Abhra, I checked out ReachRix, and it's a really solid idea, especially for freelancers doing cold outreach.

One quick UX copy thought: the product explains what it does, but the immediate outcome (“what I get as a user”) takes a moment to fully sink in.

    Right now it feels like:

    “AI writes personalized emails”

But the real value seems closer to:
“Get more replies without spending hours researching prospects”

Also, showing a quick example (prospect → generated message) upfront could make the value click instantly.

What kind of results are users seeing so far in terms of replies or conversions?

Hey Abhra, quick follow-up. I was thinking more about ReachRix and had a more concrete idea.

For something like this, I think the value would click much faster if a user could instantly see:
For instance, a real prospect, the generated message, and how it stands out

Right now, it’s clear what the tool does, but showing that transformation upfront could make it feel much more tangible (especially in a crowded “AI outreach” space).

Have you tested something like that on the homepage yet?

Hey Abhra, just one last quick note, I still think ReachRix has a lot of potential.

If you ever explore making the transformation more visible upfront (prospect → message), that could really help the value click faster.

Happy to share more thoughts anytime.

Although this statement sounds reasonable, I feel that in many cases people actually prefer internal referrals, recommendations from people they know, or opportunities aligned with their own interests. While generic greetings can indeed feel repetitive and dull, sometimes they simply function as a polite formality.
