Hi everyone, good to be here again!
With IH's feedback I've created a much better v2 of the Profitron landing page: https://profitron.net/. It took longer than I hoped, but I am now using Webflow instead of Gatsby/React, so I can make changes much faster.

The pain I am currently having is how can I add a degree of social proof when there is none? There are companies that used a similar method, but I haven't solved this problem for anyone yet.
I'd love any thoughts on this topic, as well as any other feedback on the landing page!

@slb thanks for reporting this, apparently sometimes this is an issue for webflow sites.
I've now moved my DNS to CloudFlare which according to tutorials should resolve the problem. Could you check if profitron.net is working for you now?

Re: social proof when there is none... Well, there is none, nothing you can do :) A good thing is to work with a handful of companies in your waitlist at a reduced price, in return of a case study.

Based on your advice, I updated the text, simplifying the first yellow box a little and changing one of the headers from Automate to Repeat.
I also agree with the ROI calculator idea; I need to figure out how to do custom code on webflow so this one is not that easy. Will certainly do something like that in the future though!
It's a great looking site, but for me to spend $249 - would be good to see a gif or video of the interface itself? Or even 30-day money back guarantee to tip me over the edge.
I'm saying "money back guarantee" literally under the $249 😃 Do you mean that I should add a specific timeframe or is it just not prominent enough?

The trust problem you are having is that you are promising to solve a really generic problem with AI. See for instance https://emerj.com/ai-sector-overviews/ai-for-pricing-comparing-5-current-applications - they have all picked their niche because that's how AI works. For instance with driving cars having a solution for Arizona doesn't mean you can use exactly the same solution for San Francisco - the AI is sensitive to the data set it is trained on.
If you explain more about the data sets that Profitron was trained on and how it works and what exact problems it would be best for then you will have an easier time.
Uclusion just recently got similar feedback on our landing page and we made changes and we think the result is better - more quickly explaining what we do well - though https://www.indiehackers.com/post/share-your-frustrations-about-funnels-24eb5e86c8 says we have more work to do.
Hmm I think when you are mentioning training data you might be alluding to machine learning rather than AI, which I am actually not doing at the moment.
I mentioned AI as I think of it as a far broader term, that can be used basically whenever a tool makes decisions previously done by humans, i.e. pricing decisions in Profitron's case. So my approach, which is essentially educated A/B testing, is not really industry-specific. But maybe it should be, for marketing purposes?
Quick comment on your site, might be helpful. Basically, you use a "stop X start Y" formula, but when I'm reading the Ys I am not clear 1) how your product does Y and 2) that Y is actually much better than X. It's also not clear what the product actually is: project management software? Outsourced admin labour?

If there is no machine learning then there should be all sorts of configuration I can enter on how to run the A/B tests. Your site should discuss that and how using your software is a lot better than the manual approach.
Same as you complain about our site it shouldn't be magic how you work (though in our defense we do have videos that walk through).
Agreed, I'm fleshing out the exact views of the app now and will post more concrete screenshots as soon as I can.
