Hey everyone
I’ve been building an online calculator platform called YourCalco. Right now it has 130+ calculators covering programming, finance, health, and productivity tools.
It started as a small experiment — I wanted to create useful tools that help students, developers, and everyday users solve problems quickly.
Here’s what I’ve learned so far:
Ø Tools with explanations rank better than bare calculators: Google rewards pages that teach, not just calculate.
Ø SEO beats directories: Listing in random directories didn’t move traffic. Good content and keywords did.
Ø Internal linking matters: Connecting related calculators helps users and search engines discover tools.
Ø Niche expansion works: 130 tools > 1 tools. But structure and categories are key.
Ø Feedback is gold: Users tell you what to build next. Listening improves the product.
I’m still learning and improving. My goal is to make YourCalco the most helpful free calculator platform online.
Would love feedback:
What calculators are you missing online?
How do you think I should improve SEO and usability?
