Hey hackers! 😁 Big news - after months soaking up wisdom from indiehackers, I've finally taken the plunge. I quit my 9-to-5 and dove into the thrilling world of startups. 🚀

I'm based in sunny Sydney 🏖️. Not exactly the Silicon Valley of startup scenes, but hey, we make it work. 🤷 To spice things up, I've joined Antler 🦌 - it's a VC with an accelerator program similar to Y Combinator. 👨‍💻

So, what's the idea, you ask? . I'm on a mission to make buying, selling, and managing properties abroad a piece of cake! 🏠🍰. Basically, we want to make the process as simple as buying books on Amazon. 📚➡️🛒

Ever tried to buy property overseas? If so, you'll know it's like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Regulations, foreign languages, maintenance, currency risks, taxation, endless research, tricky payments, dealing with banks - the list goes on! 😓

Right on! So here's the cool part - we're planning to build a platform to tackle all these property-owning woes. Imagine a tool that handles all the fussy details like payments, sensitive info, contracts, and even land registry settlement! 📑💼

Navigating a foreign language? No worries, we've got that covered too. 🌐 Plus, we'll be your communication link with your property manager after you seal the deal. 🤝

And it gets even better! 🎉 We're working on a feature that calculates your property returns after tax, keeps tabs on annual property growth, and tracks the rent yield. 🏦

Right now, we're in detective mode 🕵️‍♂️ - trying to figure out how many people out there face the same issues. To get the word out, we're using Reddit, Facebook Ads, and good ol' word of mouth. 📣 If anyone could share the link that would be awesome too!.
