    Good that they fix the bugs first. But I wonder what features they freeze for this. I mean: You're a video conferencing solution. How many more features do you need? Make a solid video conferencing software with basic tools like screen sharing and let it be.

      Definitely true - but once you have a successful product like Zoom has, management wants to see key product metrics go up and up, and the only way to do that is by tweaking the product (or getting a different type of users, but this is not the PM's job). Also, although it probably doesn't apply to Zoom, for many companies there's the "keeping up with the competition" concern
