Hey Indie Hackers,
Like a lot of folks here, I’ve been through the absolute grind that is the modern job market. Sending out hundreds of resumes into the black hole of ATS systems, waiting weeks for a response, and then spending hours preparing for live technical interviews that feel more like interrogation sessions than conversations.
A few months ago, after hitting a wall with the tediousness of manual applications and high-stakes interview anxiety, I started hacking together a solution for myself. That project turned into AissenceAI.
