It’s a job portal focused on AI trainer / AI expert roles — fully remote, part-time friendly, and surprisingly well-paid.

📊 Current stats (bootstrapped, no ads):

• LinkedIn: 100 followers

• Reddit: 45 followers

• 💸 Spent on ads: $0

• 💰 Earned so far: $280

What I find most interesting is the range of people who can earn as AI trainers:

• From generalists with domain knowledge

• Google Business Profile owners

• Analysts, researchers

• All the way to AI engineers and postdocs in biophysics

You don’t need to “build models from scratch” — many roles are about training, evaluating, or validating AI responses using real expertise.

Still early, still learning, but excited to see organic traction without paid marketing.

Small milestone, but I’m genuinely happy today: aitrainer.jobs just earned its first $100 🎉
Two affiliate programs finally converted, and it feels great to see the first real signal.

The idea behind the portal is simple:
AI training jobs are way more accessible than people think.

If you speak languages other than English — huge plus.
Even if you only speak English — there’s still work.

💰 Rates I’m seeing:

• Entry-level AI trainer roles: $20+/hour

• Advanced roles: $100–200/hour

• PhD / STEM experts: up to $500/hour, flexible schedule, 100% remote

Today I’m celebrating my first payment related to my job portal 🎉

Besides posting jobs on the platform (a straightforward and clear revenue model), I also use affiliate links to bring candidates to referral-based job opportunities from AI companies.

Current status:

• ~100 referred candidates

• 3 referral programs I’m actively working with

• 1 successfully hired candidate with a referral payout

The numbers are still small, but this is an important milestone for me — the model is working in real life.

Two days ago, I launched a simple job newsletter with 10-20 jobs published every 12 hours, and pushed it to three places:

• Reddit

• LinkedIn (company page)

• Telegram

The result was a noticeable traffic boost to my portal aitrainer.jobs.

Before the distribution, the site was getting around ~300 clicks per day.
After posting on Reddit, traffic jumped to ~1,000 clicks per day.

Here’s the non-obvious part 👇

The hack is simple: posting to your own subreddit still works, even with zero subscribers.

When you post in your own subreddit, those posts are:

• indexed by Reddit search

• discoverable via Google

• shown to users searching for specific keywords

In my case, the subreddit currently has 0 subscribers, yet individual posts still get 50–100 views from search alone — and people click through to the site.

So technically, you’re not only “comment-spamming” on Reddit…
you’re publishing searchable content across the entire platform.

The setup is straightforward:
RSS → Make.com → Reddit

Curious if others are using Reddit search this way, or if you’ve seen similar results.
