September 2, 2026 I Was Tired of Jumping Between Marketing Dashboards, So I Built Alocta

I was working in digital marketing and kept running into the same problem. Analytics were everywhere.

YouTube had one dashboard. Instagram had another. Facebook had another. Then GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, and so on. Getting the data wasn't necessarily the hard part.

Understanding what was happening across my marketing was.

I kept jumping between dashboards, comparing numbers manually, and trying to piece together the bigger picture. Eventually, I decided to stop complaining about it and build something.

The catch? I didn't know how to code.

So I learned.

And that's how Alocta started.

Today, Alocta brings marketing analytics from platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads into one place. With many more valuable features in draft that I am working on behind the scenes.

But the part I'm most interested in isn't simply putting dashboards together.

I've been building features around the problems I personally couldn't find good solutions for:

Merge Platform: Combine channel-level analytics from connected platforms.

Merge Post: Combine 2-3 posts from the same platform to understand campaign-level performance.

Merge Ads: Combine 2-3 campaigns, ad groups, or ads together instead of reviewing each separately.

The idea behind all of it is simple:

Marketing is hard enough. Understanding it shouldn't be.

I'm still building Alocta, and there's a lot left to improve.

I'd especially love feedback from people who manage multiple marketing channels:

What's the most frustrating part of your current analytics workflow?

That's the kind of feedback I'm building around.

The real value may be less about seeing everything in one dashboard and more about knowing what needs attention. Are users asking for unified reporting, or clearer actions from the combined data?

I'd say it is both. At the end of the day, if a metric is not giving you a direction, its not worth it.

As for user, Facebook app verification took too long. Its only very recently I got it and now going to land the users, and will get an even better view about what mass users wants.

That makes sense. The next phase should make the distinction much clearer — whether users mainly want the consolidated view, or whether the real value is having the data translated into what they should do next.
