The reason I'm selling is simply that I don't currently have the capital needed to properly market, distribute, and grow the product. I've built the product, but I don't have the resources to invest in customer acquisition and marketing to take it to the next stage.
So the decision to sell is more about my current financial limitations than a lack of confidence in the product's potential.
