Arctype
The AI workspace that ships real deliverables, not just text
Hey everyone! I'm the founder of Arctype — an AI workspace that handles full business workflows in one place.
Instead of juggling separate tools for social media, document creation, email, research, and outreach, Arctype does it all through a single conversational interface. It's model-agnostic (you pick the AI behind each task) and every action has a transparent cost — no subscription surprises - you only pay for what you use, and its pretty cheap ...
What it can do:
Generate documents, reports, dashboards & web apps
Manage email (search, read, draft, send)
Research topics and pull live web data
Read and extract data from Google Sheets
Social media content & asset generation (coming soon)
I built this because I was running a business on 10+ subscriptions and a mess of Zapier zaps. I wanted one place that just does the work.
Would love feedback from this community — what would you want to see added? What's your biggest workflow pain point right now?
About
I built Arctype because I was tired of stitching together 10+ tools just to run basic business workflows. I wanted one platform that handles it all end-to-end — social media, content creation, research, documents, email.

The “replace 10+ subscriptions” origin story is compelling. Curious which workflow users are actually consolidating first once they start using Arctype.
Really like the idea of replacing a stack of tools with one workspace. The biggest thing I’d want is strong project memory — keeping track of goals, completed tasks, changes and next steps across a workflow.
Also curious how deep the Airtable, Notion, Gmail and Drive integrations will go. That could be a big differentiator.
Yes thats the idea behind it - in order to make AI most useful for people / businesses it needs access to data streams - that comes form connectors like gmail, airtable etc. Once those are connected and loaded into a session, the amount of work you can do form that is almost immeasurable. currently only have a google connector, and its pretty good for organising email inboxes and pulling insights from that - looking to add more soon,.
