This solves a real gap — most founders burn hours in Excel before they even know which questions they need answered regularly. In my BI consulting work, I've seen teams run on ad-hoc tools for 12-18 months, then scramble when data complexity grows or investors start asking for cross-source rollups. The sweet spot for tools like this is early discovery: use it to identify which 5 metrics you check every week, then build those into a proper SQL-backed layer. Once you know your core KPIs, a Power BI or SSRS report becomes much faster to scope and maintain long-term.
