June 18, 2026 Built an AI entrepreneurship guidance platform. Growth plan has 0 paying users. What are you actually struggling with when scaling?

I'm Jai, 18, founder of Bexra — an AI-powered platform for entrepreneurs.

Quick context on what we built: our Growth Plan is for founders who already have a business model running and need structured help to actually scale it. Think personalized roadmaps, weekly tasks, a business feed with real-time insights, marketing suggestions to find the right audience, and an AI chatbot — all in one dashboard.

The problem: it's not selling.

We launched with 300+ waitlist signups. Converted zero to the Growth plan so far. The Starter plan (for idea-stage founders) has its own issues, but that's a separate conversation.

What I genuinely can't figure out is: are we solving the wrong problems for growth-stage founders, or just communicating the right ones badly?

So I want to ask this community directly — if you're running a business and trying to scale right now:

  1. What's the one thing you're most stuck on? (Audience growth, consistency, knowing what to prioritize, accountability, marketing direction — what actually keeps you up at night?)

  2. What tools are you using that you'd never give up? And is there a gap those tools don't fill?

  3. Have you ever paid for a "growth guidance" type product? If yes — what made it worth it? If no — what made you walk away?

Not trying to pitch anything here. I want to understand what pain is real enough to actually pay for — because clearly what I think founders struggle with and what they'll open their wallets for are two different things.

Appreciate any honest takes.

June 14, 2026 I'm 19, built a startup guidance platform, have 300 waitlist signups and 0 paying customers. Roast me

I'll go first.

At 17 I filled a 300-page notebook with business ideas and executed zero of them. No research, no technical knowledge, no direction — just overthinking and self-doubt for 7 months straight.

The problem I kept running into: nobody helps you figure out which business model actually fits you. Validated it on Reddit, LinkedIn, communities across India. Thousands of people stuck in the exact same loop.

So I built Bexra.

Take a quiz → get matched to the right business model for your mindset, skills, and goals → get a full startup plan: monthly roadmap, weekly tasks, progress tracking, AI chatbot, tool recommendations marketing tools to get audience and many more. Already have a business? Growth Plan gives you auditing, marketing strategies, and audience growth plays and much more.

The honest numbers:

  • 300+ waitlist (built over a year)

  • Launched 3 days ago

  • 0 paying customers

  • Instagram comments saying "I need this" every day — nobody's clicked pay yet

I'm a CSE student, 18 doing 1:1 outreach to every waitlist person right now. I've closed deals before — 85% conversion rate at my last sales internship. But converting strangers who already said yes? Apparently different.

So roast it:

  • Is the idea flawed?

  • Is the positioning wrong?

  • Is "AI guidance platform for founders" too vague?

  • Would you pay for this?

I want the hard feedback, not the encouraging kind.

June 4, 2026 Bexra Launch

At 17, I chose commerce over medicine. My parents weren't happy.

I wanted to build a business. But I had zero idea which one.

So I did what most first-time founders do — I overthought everything.

I filled a 300-page notebook with business ideas.

I planned for months without executing a single thing.

I tried selling books on Etsy before even researching if it was viable.

Teammates joined. Teammates left.

I felt pathetic for 7 months straight.

And then I stopped looking for the "perfect idea" — and looked at the problem right in front of me.

Thousands of people want to start a business.

Nobody helps them figure out which business model actually fits them.

That was the idea. That was Bexra.

I validated it on Reddit, LinkedIn, and startup communities.

Built a quiz that analyses your mindset, personality, and goals — and matches you to the right business model.

Then gives you a monthly roadmap, weekly tasks, an AI chatbot, and a full growth dashboard to execute it.

300+ people on the waitlist.

Today, Bexra is officially live. 🚀

If you've ever stared at a blank page wondering "what business should I start?" — this was built for you.

I'm 18. Still in my 2nd year of engineering.

I don't say that for applause.

I say it because if I could figure this out — so can you.
