On and offboarding with what if simulation
Hi everyone.
I made boardingeaze to help with on and offboarding. I found out that companies in the losing , possibly lots of money by forgetting to offboard or not doing it period. So I decided to come up with this with this tool , you can bulk onboard and off board or you can choose to do one provider or all providers right now , it works with Slack, Entra, Google workspace, Github, Atlassian, and im process of hooking up zoom. More will be added later.
I know that companies sometimes have issues with off board in the wrong person or you know, the wrong selection. So what I did is, I made this so it does dry run.So you can see what we're happy , you do anything it willI know that companies sometimes have issues with off board in the wrong person or you know, the wrong selection. So what I did is, I made this so it does dry run.So you can see what we're happy, you do anything. It has a one if simulation , so for example , you can ask it , what if I want to fire john and then it will tell you what all john has in that company like what kind of keys he has , it will tell you what will break how to fix it , and who to send his files and email credentials and everything too.
It has a dead man switch. It has safe for protected accounts that cannot be offboarded period. I made a dashboard to go alongside with it.So you can control it from your mobile phone in the dashboard. Also holds images, employee images.
So, you know who you're dealing with, and much more.I can't put everything in here , but there's a lot to it. I love to help. Its byok and self hosted. I did pau out of pocket for the providers to live test them so they are verified
About
I built this because companies have issues with on and offboarding. They end up losing money. It takes a lot of time to on and offboard one at a time. I made this so you can on and offboard 6 providers at once

The dry-run capability is interesting because it addresses a very different concern than simply automating offboarding.
I’d be curious which problem is actually getting the strongest reaction so far: saving admin time, or reducing the risk of a costly offboarding mistake.
