Existing enterprise property management tools are too bloated, slow, and expensive for local, independent operators. They are forced to rely on manual tracking or basic one-off websites that don't automate their workflows. BookingPilot fixes this. We are replacing the old model of chasing one-time setup fees with a scalable, yearly recurring software service.
What I Bring: 100% of business operations, validated local market data, fully mapped-out system logic, and direct distribution channels.
What I Need: A technical partner to take complete ownership of the engineering, backend architecture, and software stack.
The Deal: A high-percentage revenue split from our first wave of paid clients or equity with a standard vesting schedule.

Hi! This sounds interesting. I'm a co-founder and lead developer of an Industry 4.0 SaaS platform, so I have experience building and maintaining B2B products from the ground up.
My main stack is TypeScript, NestJS, Angular, MongoDB, Docker, and cloud infrastructure. Besides development, I also have experience designing scalable architectures and shipping production systems.
I'm also currently building RankingStolarzy(dot)pl, a platform focused on connecting customers with woodworking professionals, so I'm actively working on another B2B/B2C SaaS product as well.
