We finalized our MVP. It took us longer than expected to redevelop the solution. We could have accelerated this step by reducing our number of features. However, it was complicated to explain to existing customers that some features would no longer be available.

I had the chance to create a lot of videos for startups in 2016 for Kickstarter campaigns. At the time, creators were in the habit of creating subtitles for campaign launch videos. And so I found myself having to subtitle many videos. I discovered a long, tedious and time-consuming process. I had decided never to do subtitling again. But the demand was growing and it was impossible to find a solution. So I decided to create my own solution.
