Free Stripe churn audit automated retention for subscription
I built ChurnGuard to auto-save at-risk customers, but first I made a free audit that connects to Stripe and shows your exact dollar risk from silent churn.
While building and testing it, the same patterns kept showing up in every Stripe account I looked at:
• At-risk MRR that founders didn't know was there — customers still paying but already gone mentally
• Customers who hadn't logged in for 14+ days with zero automated outreach
• No win-back sequence at all — a failed payment or a quiet cancel just... happened
Silent churn isn't a dashboard problem. It's a "you don't see it coming" problem.
I'm doing free audits for the next 10 founders who comment. Drop a 🙋 and I'll DM you the link. Takes 2 minutes. No stored keys. No pitch in the DM.
If you don't care about the audit, just tell me: how do YOU currently spot at-risk customers before they cancel?

I built ChurnGuard to auto-save at-risk customers, but first I made a free audit that connects to Stripe and shows your exact dollar risk from silent churn.
I ran it on 50+ SaaS Stripe accounts from my network. The pattern was brutal:
• 70% of founders had $10K+ in at-risk MRR they didn't know about • 40% had customers who hadn't logged in for 14+ days with zero automated outreach • 90% had no win-back sequence at all
Silent churn isn't a dashboard problem. It's a "you don't see it coming" problem.

I built ChurnGuard because subscription revenue disappeared without warning. No alerts, no early signals — just quiet cancellations. I needed a tool that auto-saves at-risk customers before they cancel. So I built it.

The quantified risk makes the audit more compelling than a generic churn dashboard. Have founders who saw their silent-churn number actually changed their retention workflow or paid for ongoing prevention, or is that conversion still the main unknown?
