The technical architecture is solid, but I’m more curious about the adoption side. Telegram removes a lot of app friction, but service pros already have established ways of handling bookings. What’s the specific workflow where ClientSync is saving them the most time?
Thanks, Aryan! You touched on a critical point regarding adoption.
The primary workflow where ClientSync saves the most time is eliminating the "DM back-and-forth" ping-pong.
Before ClientSync, a typical booking exchange looked like this:
Client: "Hi, do you have time on Tuesday at 3 PM?"
Pro (2 hours later): "No, but I have 5 PM."
Client (3 hours later): "5 PM doesn't work for me, what about Wednesday?"
With ClientSync, the workflow shifts completely:
Zero-Friction Self-Booking: The provider drops their link or bot into their auto-reply or bio. Clients open the Mini App inside Telegram, see live open slots (factoring in dynamic buffer times, breaks, and custom shift patterns), and book in under 15 seconds.
Native PUSH Reminders (Drastically Lower No-Shows): Instead of manually texting clients "See you tomorrow!", ClientSync delivers automated Telegram PUSH notifications. Because Telegram open rates are significantly higher than SMS/Email, no-shows drop drastically.
On-the-Fly Schedule Tweak: Since pros use Telegram Desktop or Mobile all day, adjusting a schedule exception or adding a quick break takes literally 5 seconds, without having to log into an external browser dashboard.
By meeting both the provider and the client where they already communicate, we remove almost all adoption friction.
That makes the workflow much clearer. The part about removing the back-and-forth is especially tangible. How are you finding the response from the first pros using it?
The initial feedback from our first pros has been really encouraging—they especially appreciate how easily their clients adapt to booking directly inside Telegram without having to install anything new.
That said, since we’re still at the early stage of onboarding users, we want to give it some more time. We’re tracking user retention and collecting detailed feedback over a longer time horizon to fully evaluate how the product fits into their daily routines.
The phone-level gatekeeper and the fact that the whole CRM lives inside Telegram are interesting choices. ClientSync feels like it could be pulling in a lot more organic traffic than it probably is right now, especially with $100 MRR already showing there’s some real demand. Have you noticed which type of service business is getting the most value from it?
The biggest adopters so far are solo service professionals in the beauty industry (hair stylists, nail technicians, lash artists, estheticians), as well as private tutors and psychologists.
Here is why this segment gets the most value:
High appointment volume: A solo beauty pro handles 5 to 10 appointments a day. They literally can't reply to Instagram/Telegram DMs while working with a client's hair or nails.
Low tech barrier: Most of them were previously managing bookings with paper notebooks or simple chat notes. Moving to a full enterprise web CRM felt overwhelming, but a Telegram Mini App feels natural because they already spend their entire day in the app.
Instant client conversion: They simply put their ClientSync link in their Instagram bio or Telegram channel. Clients book in 2 clicks without installing anything new or registering accounts.
We're currently doubling down on content and local SEO around these specific niches to scale organic traffic even further!
You’re already going after content + local SEO for these niches. Have you considered adding targeted media placements as another layer?
A few strong features in relevant publications could do more than just bring a short-term traffic spike: they can build a “Featured In” footprint, add third-party trust, increase brand awareness, and give you an authority asset you can keep using in future outreach. It’s more of a one-time investment that can potentially keep working as a long-term traffic and credibility asset, rather than paying for ads continuously.
I have some ideas around this for ClientSync specifically. If you’re curious, feel free to message me and I can show you what I mean.
Thanks for the suggestion and for taking the time to share your ideas!
Targeted media placements and building a "Featured In" presence definitely sound like a solid strategy for long-term credibility. However, ClientSync is a completely bootstrapped, self-funded project without external investors.
Since we’re currently in the launch phase with a very lean budget, paid media coverage isn't feasible for us right now. We're focusing strictly on organic channels for now, but this is definitely an interesting direction to keep in mind as we grow and generate more revenue!
Totally fair, especially bootstrapped at this stage. In that case I’d probably squeeze as much as possible out of the niche/local SEO side before adding another paid channel.
Since you already know beauty pros, tutors and psychologists are responding, I’d map the highest-intent searches separately for each niche rather than treating them all as “appointment booking” traffic. The interesting part is that the Telegram angle gives you some very specific problem/solution searches that generic booking software competitors may not be targeting.
That’s the kind of keyword + intent research I work on, so if you want, I can point out a few areas I’d investigate first for ClientSync.
Thanks again for the great advice! Mapping high-intent searches separately for each niche makes total sense. That said, as a lean bootstrapped project, we're currently handling everything internally and don't have the capacity or budget to bring on additional specialists right now. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective!

That’s encouraging. I’d be interested to hear what you learn as usage gets a bit more time behind it — what’s the best email to reach you on?
Thanks! You can find my direct contact email listed right on my profile page. Feel free to drop me a message there anytime!
Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
