ClipAlchemy
ClipAlchemy — Turn one podcast episode into a week of social
Hey IndieHackers —
Built something over the last few weeks and looking for honest feedback (and first users).
The problem: Most mid-tier creators spend 90% of their effort on the content and 10% on distribution. They know they should be posting clips on TikTok, quote cards on Instagram, threads on Twitter — but they don't have the time or the budget for a human editor.
What I built: ClipAlchemy takes one long-form content piece (podcast, YouTube video, livestream) and returns 12-15 platform-optimized assets within 24 hours. Short clips with captions for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, quote graphics for Instagram, Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts, newsletter drafts, hashtag packs. No tools to learn, no AI prompts to write. The creator sends, we transform, they post.
Pricing is $79-249/mo depending on volume, but the first piece is completely free — no credit card, no commitment.
Current stage: Live but pre-revenue. The pipeline works, the site is up, Stripe is connected. I'm looking for 5-10 creators to test it for free and tell me what sucks.
What I'd love feedback on:
Does the landing page make the value prop clear?
Would you pay for this, or is something missing?
If you're a creator, what would make you say yes to trying it?

Appreciate any and all feedback. Happy to answer questions about the stack, the workflow, or the build process.
About
I wanted to learn how to use ai and start a business that solves a problem for podcasters. I’m a huge fan of podcast media!

Offering the first piece for free feels like a practical way to let creators judge the output on real content instead of screenshots.
Hope the first batch of testers gives you plenty of honest feedback.
