I kept doing the same thing by hand for every product I worked on: open the landing page in an incognito window and try to forget everything I know about it, just to see where a stranger would actually get stuck. It never really works — you can't unsee your own product.

So coldrun does that literally: an AI agent with genuinely no prior knowledge of your product opens your URL, finds what it thinks is the primary call-to-action, clicks it once, and narrates its reasoning the whole way — what it read, what it expected next, where it hesitated. You get a scored report back, not just a bounce-rate number.
