Courts of Fame

Only 10 days of work after the release of the android mobile app we introduced the iOS Beta version on Aplle TestFlight.

This was possible due hybride mobile development with Ionic.

Important notice:
10 days of work ar split up to:

• a half day of development for specific iOS functionality
• 9,5 days of struggling with the Apple ecosystem (3 hard resets of apple devices, waiting for fastlane to fix API issues) to set up an (half) automated deployment process

After years of evaluating and pivoting the initial idea, after years of waiting for the mobile phone industie to rise the necassery functions and after outwaiting COVID restrictions we finally released our open beta of Courts of Fame in the Google Play Store

A warm afternoon in spring we met on a public outdoor basketball court in central europe. After weeks each of us spending time alone on the court, we just talked about possibilities to stay in contact and tuned to our streetball activities:

• Facebook? Not really!
• What's App? To many groups yet!

F**k it! We're making our own solution!
