I built SiteAd — a free traffic exchange for websites. You embed one line of code, a small bar appears on your site promoting another site, and in returnget shown across the network to real visitors.

No cost, no catch. Web designers actually do really well in the network because their audience is other business owners looking for design help.

First 1000 sites get free forever

Worth 2 minutes if you're curious.

The interesting risk here is that finding a GTM partner and finding a distribution strategy aren't necessarily the same problem.

A lot of products reach this stage assuming distribution is solved once the right person shows up.

Sometimes the harder question is whether the first paying side is actually creators, collectors, or neither. That's a decision that can shape everything that follows, including who the ideal GTM partner is.

the paying side is always collectors. Plan is to onboard creators and give them tools to support their promotional activites of the platform.

      Two tracks:
      - Creators attract collectors
      - social media campaigns raise brand awareness

would appreciate feedback regarding the strategy.

        Interesting.

The reason I asked is that your reply made me think the harder decision may not be the GTM strategy itself, but what assumptions that strategy is already making about where demand actually starts.

Happy to explain what I mean if it's useful.
