I built Docutati because the people who most need document AI — anyone handling confidential or third-party files — are exactly the people who can't paste them into ChatGPT. So I run the models on GPUs I physically own in the EU: your file is never sent to OpenAI, Google or any third-party AI, there's no account to create, and it's auto-deleted within 7 days. You paste a link or drop a file, get a free preview + the exact price, and pay per document — no subscription.
It does three things: turn a long contract or report into a structured decision brief (key facts, risks, what's missing, who the terms favour), translate a document side-by-side into 40+ languages, or transcribe audio/video with timestamps.
It's a solo project on owned hardware, so it's built to fail safe — a pre-pay health check and an automatic refund if the model is ever down. I'd love feedback on two things: (1) is the privacy positioning believable without a SOC2 cert yet, or do you bounce? (2) the output quality — there's a free preview so you can judge it on your own document before paying.

The interesting challenge isn't convincing people the AI works—it's convincing them the privacy promise is real. When privacy becomes the product, every architectural decision becomes part of the marketing. That's a much harder moat to build than another feature, but also much harder for competitors to copy if customers believe it.
