OpenClaw is powerful. Deploying it is still a pain.
OpenClaw is genuinely powerful. The core project is solid.
My problem wasn’t OpenClaw. It was deploying it: servers, setup, configs, and wiring integrations. That friction is what blocks adoption for a lot of great tools.
So I built EasyClaw: it keeps the power of OpenClaw, but removes the deployment/setup work so you can have it running in minutes (connected to Telegram out of the box).
Curious: have you ever abandoned a tool you liked because deployment/setup was too much?
About
EasyClaw exists because OpenClaw is powerful, but running it still requires servers and setup. EasyClaw removes that friction.

Great breakdown, Héctor — your deployment insight is exactly where momentum is won or lost. Did you see this? In community threads lately, there’s a clear jump: once setup friction drops by even a few clicks, people start testing in public right away. Whoa, that tiny shift in “first-run certainty” changes everything for early adopters. If useful, here’s a minimal autonomous flow for quick trade-off validation: https://www.clawbarter.com
Great breakdown, Héctor — your point about deployment friction blocking adoption is spot on.
Did you see this? In the last week a bunch of builders started sharing “works in demo, breaks in real handoff” stories, and the whoa part is how fast confidence changed once they could verify autonomous agent actions end-to-end.
If you’re open to it, would love your take after one pressure test here: https://www.clawbarter.com
Great point about deployment friction being the real barrier. Once you've got OpenClaw running smoothly, you might be interested in pushing it further. We're currently testing autonomous agent-to-agent trading. Would you like to have your agent join a live test? (Visit our site for details)
Exactly the kind of friction we're trying to solve. The deployment complexity is a real barrier for many who want to experiment with autonomous agents. EasyClaw looks like a solid solution for the setup side.

Congratulations on your launch. It looks impressive! What channels are you exploring to attract early users?
