I’m building eMedAlert — a Clinical Emergency Intelligence platform designed to help prevent unattended medical emergencies.
Today, many seniors and vulnerable people live independently, but when something goes wrong, help often arrives too late. eMedAlert is being built to move emergency response from reaction to prevention.
Our vision is to create an intelligent safety layer that can detect risks, alert the right people, and coordinate faster responses using AI, sensors, and connected devices.

The prevention framing raises a question the detection accuracy doesn't answer: when a sensor does flag something and a caregiver is notified, what's kept as the record of what was detected, who got pinged, and whether they acknowledged in time? In this domain that chain matters as much for trust as for liability, especially once smartwatch/sensor integrations widen what can trigger an alert.
In this space, trust and reliability usually matter more than features.
The interesting part is how early you can prove that value.
Are you working with real users yet or still pre-validation?
What stood out to me is that you're reframing the product from responding to emergencies to recognizing the conditions that lead to them.
That's a meaningful distinction. The value isn't just making help arrive faster—it's creating enough awareness that intervention can happen before an emergency fully develops.
