I'm curious what convinced you that pay-per-use was the right pricing model here rather than a subscription.
Was that conclusion driven more by how creators build courses, or by how you expect them to perceive the value of the product?

I built this pricing model out of respect for people like me.
So when I thought about pricing here, I kept coming back to one thing — I didn't want anyone to have to trust me with a monthly subscription before they even knew if this tool would help them. Course creators are already taking a risk trying something new. I didn't want money to be another risk on top of that. Pay only for what you use (if they happy), walk away anytime, no guilt, no wasted subscription sitting there.
Maybe it's not the "smartest" business move on paper. But I'd rather earn someone's trust slowly and honestly than lock them into something before they're sure. That's really it.
