The real risk isn’t distraction blocking it’s false confidence. If the shield blocks interruptions but doesn’t distinguish a real focus break from an intentional context switch, the session data could become misleading. I’d be very interested in how you validate whether the "distraction" being blocked actually hurt the user’s focus.
