Eight years of internal use is a strong validation signal. Curious whether the bigger challenge is onboarding customers to the existing workflow, or adapting the product to workflows that differ from how your studio uses it.

Trying to make the workflow as flexible as possible, but that is the challenge.

That makes sense. I’ll be interested to see what differences show up once you have more customers using it.

We'll see how it works out, the economics are good for us as well as studios who choose to use it. The straight forward storage only pricing model is hopefully appealing. Plus the non-per-seat model which seems to be popular in the space hopefully will be appealling.

Would be interested to hear a bit more about how you’ve structured it. What’s the best email to reach you on?

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.

About

We run WeDoVids, a photo and video studio. Delivering client work meant juggling a gallery tool, a separate video tool, and endless feedback emails. So we built our own — FrameCourier.
