One connected workspace for your entire client lifecycle

September 5, 2026 Why Does Managing One Client Require 10 Different Tools?

I’ve been building Fylt because I kept seeing the same problem with service businesses: managing one client often means jumping between 5–10 different tools.

CRM for the lead.
Calendly for the meeting.
A project management tool for the work.
DocuSign for signatures.
Another tool for invoices.
Another for client communication.

Each tool works fine on its own. The problem is everything in between.

Client information gets duplicated. Context gets lost. Teams spend time updating systems instead of doing the actual work.

So I’m building Fylt — a Connected Client Workspace that brings the client lifecycle into one place, from first contact through projects, communication, billing, and completion.

I’m deliberately trying to keep the product focused on one thing: making client operations feel like one connected workflow instead of a collection of disconnected apps.

Still early, still learning, and definitely still figuring things out.

I’d love to hear from other founders building for agencies, consultants, studios, or other service businesses:

How many tools do you currently use to manage a client from lead → delivery → payment?

And which part of that workflow annoys you the most?

The 5–10 tools problem sounds painful, but I’d be wary of treating tool count as the problem itself. Have you found one particular handoff where lost context or duplicated work is costly enough that a service business would actually change its existing workflow?

About

Service businesses use too many disconnected tools to manage clients. I’m building Fylt to bring those workflows into one connected workspace, from first contact to final payment.
