Marketplace
Hey everyone! 👋 I wanted to share how I launched gamebazar.ge, a dedicated gaming marketplace designed to make trading and in-game services safe through a built-in escrow system. The Problem If you've ever tried buying, selling, or trading gaming accounts, items, or services, you know how sketchy it is. People rely on messy direct messages, social media chats, and informal agreements where scams happen all the time. There was no secure, frictionless platform for gamers to trade safely with proper protection. ### The Solution & Tech Stack I decided to build the solution myself from scratch. - Backend: Custom Node.js / Express - Database: PostgreSQL - Core Feature: A built-in 5% commission and escrow mechanism that holds funds securely until the transaction is completed. ### Week 1 Traction 🚀 I launched it recently, and the organic growth has been great: - 120+ registered users - 20+ active listings/requests - Running on minimal overhead (<$15/mo) ### What's Next & Looking for a Partner Right now, the platform is fully functional and growing organically. To accelerate marketing and scale it further, I'm open to bringing on a strategic partner through a partial stake sale while keeping management control. Would love to hear your thoughts or answer any questions about the tech stack and launch!

I'm curious what convinced you escrow is the hardest part of this market rather than attracting enough trustworthy buyers and sellers to make every listing feel liquid.
In your first week, what made you believe marketplace liquidity is already taking shape instead of the security layer simply making early adoption easier?
