We've participated in WebSummit 2018 where we showcased Infinity to a mass of people and collected valuable feedback.

We’ve published a new design which fits the needs of the new, soon-to-be-launched beta version of Infinity.
We've launched a community forum where Infinity users gather to discuss and request features, talk about the ways they use Infinity and ask for help.

We've found out that the UX concept was hard to understand by most of the users and that they were using the tool the wrong way.
This version of Infinity wasn't the 'must have' product and if you don't have this from the start, it's not worth optimizing it in the future.
The concept needed to be changed from the core, and we announced the pivot and plans for the future development.
We've already designed a basic UX concept for the new version and sent email to the users asking for the approval for the new concept.
Users approved it and we validated the new concept.

We've sent 1000 invitations in the period of 4 weeks and managed to get more than 200 chats and interviews with users and collect valuable feedback.
The version was stable and a lot of users actually used it daily for a long period of time to organize their work.
