The 11% day-7 retention is more interesting than the 29-user total.

Curious whether the users who do come back are consistently using one feature more than the others.

That's honestly the more interesting number to me too, lol. Right now my dashboard breaks down feature usage by how many users have opened each screen at least once: Food 11, Workout 10, Water/Weight/Analytics 6 each, Journal 5, Insights/Social 3 each, out of 15 total real opens. Food and Workout are clearly ahead, but I can't actually say yet if that holds specifically for the users who come back after day 7, my analytics aren't split that way right now, it's just total opens across everyone. That's a genuinely better question than I was asking myself. I think I need to build the actual breakdown, returning vs one-and-done, by feature, instead of guessing from the aggregate. Appreciate you pushing on the real question instead of the vanity metric.

That’s the right breakdown to build. Aggregate feature usage can easily hide what’s actually driving retention.

I wanted a health and self-care app that felt like it was on my side, not another calorie counter behind a paywall. Free, no ads, no premium tier, and it grows with you as you log.
