LiveFaceSwap AI
Real-time AI face swap, no local GPU required.
At the end of July, I saw a creator on X using real-time AI face swap and thought the technology was finally good enough to turn into a real product.
I tested the idea inside another project first, then spent about 5 days building LiveFaceSwap AI as a standalone product.
Since launching:
477 signups
10 paying users
Around 100 visits/day
One surprising result: YouTube only brought 9 attributed signups, but 2 became paying users.
The product runs real-time AI in the cloud, so users don't need a local GPU. We also built a Windows app that works with OBS through a virtual camera.
About
We built LiveFaceSwap AI to make real-time AI face transformation accessible without requiring a powerful local GPU or complicated setup. The idea started after seeing how much real-time face swap technology had improve

Love seeing stories like this. Going from an idea to a launched product with paying users in such a short time is impressive, but what stands out even more is that you validated the concept before fully committing to it. The fact that some of your YouTube traffic converted into paying customers is also a great reminder that quality often matters more than volume.
As LiveFaceSwap AI grows, you might find yourself needing help with creator outreach, content, community building, or user feedback. That's actually one of the reasons we built SpiderSkill. At SpiderSkill, startups can connect with motivated interns who are looking for hands-on experience while helping founders grow their products. There could be a great fit between a fast-moving product like LiveFaceSwap AI and the talent available through SpiderSkill.
Wishing you lots of growth!
The YouTube numbers are interesting: only 9 attributed signups, but 2 paid. That’s a very different signal from simply looking at which channel generates the most signups.
