@KeanMonetize Great story and congratulations on your amazing traction. I work in the industry at an SSP. What were the off the shelf software platforms that you initially used? And is it fair to say that header bidding eliminated the original niche that you were filling, had you tried to start today?

Hey! Great to have an industry insider in the IH community. Off the shelf was DFP. That was the big one. HB didn't eliminate the ad optimization niche, you could even say it expanded it. HB made ad optimization even more complex but it did minimize daily ad optimization at the same time.

As of this month, we're at 120 members and counting. Everyone works remotely and through our communication style, trust, and team KPIs, we ensure that our massive team produces the best possible work!
Since implementing this KPI system, marketing and company performance has dramatically improved. We've seen great collaboration within teams, more innovative thinking, greater work ethic and improved morale with the increased transparency and being part of a team that is working towards a clear and common goal. The KPI system has been one of our best implementations in our history and works especially well for remote teams.
After being laid off from my marketing job, I went on a 4 month backpacking trip to South America and hiked the Inca trail. That's when I realized that I wanted to build a business that would allow me to work from wherever and whenever I chose.
