MP3 to MIDI Converter
A few months ago, we were working on a remix project and needed to extract a melody from an old demo. Every tool we found either wanted us to upload the file to some server or gave us a messy MIDI that we couldn't even edit without opening a heavy DAW.
So we built our own.
We made a tool that runs completely in your browser. You pick an MP3, it gets transcribed into MIDI using AI, and then you can actually edit the notes right there on the page — fix wrong notes, adjust timing, tweak velocity. All locally. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere.

Also added a few presets for different audio types — vocals, piano, guitar, full songs — to help get better results depending on what you're working with.

I'm curious what convinced you editable MIDI is the breakthrough rather than accurate transcription alone.
From the people testing it, did they consistently want to correct and shape the output themselves, or were they mainly looking for the fastest possible conversion with minimal editing?
