    The “install it, use Gmail normally” part is probably the strongest choice here. Not forcing people into a separate workflow makes a lightweight tracker feel much more useful.

    Feels like OpenDot could be pulling in a lot more organic traffic than it is right now. Especially at the real-user feedback stage where even a small stream of the right people could tell you a lot.

    Are you seeing more interest from founders and freelancers or from people with more sales-heavy workflows?

    The strongest part is the “invisible workflow” positioning. If users can keep working entirely inside Gmail while OpenDot quietly adds the intelligence they need, that is a much cleaner value proposition than becoming another CRM.
