The distinction between “they like it” and “they’ll actually pay for it” is really interesting.

Since you’re already doing structured interviews with the four design partners, are you planning to manually organize and compare everything they tell you across the interviews?

I’m building TaskRelay around taking small research/operational tasks like that off founders’ plates. If you end up with a pile of interview notes, competitor research, follow-ups, or other work you need organized, that’s the kind of thing I can help with.

Yeah, when you started taskrealy ?

I started TaskRelay a few weeks ago. I'm still in the early validation stage, so right now I'm focused more on talking to founders and testing what operational work they'd actually pay to delegate than trying to scale the service too quickly.

The difference between “they loved it” and “they paid” is pretty stark here. Four conversations agreeing on the value but producing zero purchases makes this especially interesting.

Yeah, currently i am reaching more people to take more feedback and advice.

Makes sense. It’ll be interesting to see whether the next conversations start revealing a clearer pattern around why people aren’t paying yet.

About

In my startup I watched BOMs live in Excel and ECOs die in email threads. Enterprise PLM is built for 100-engineer teams. OpenPlan is for the 15-person startup that just needs this to work.
