I started TaskRelay a few weeks ago. I'm still in the early validation stage, so right now I'm focused more on talking to founders and testing what operational work they'd actually pay to delegate than trying to scale the service too quickly.
The difference between “they loved it” and “they paid” is pretty stark here. Four conversations agreeing on the value but producing zero purchases makes this especially interesting.
Makes sense. It’ll be interesting to see whether the next conversations start revealing a clearer pattern around why people aren’t paying yet.
