Being product aggregator for almost 5 years starting to pay off. We are included in more and more articles about good places to submit startups after lunch. That fuel our marketing ;)

That’s a good example of how building bonds between makers can be beneficial in the future. Couple years ago we have met with Stefan, owner of 30 Seconds of Knowledge, a small chrome extension to learn how to code every day. We posted his product on Owwly with a short interview. We didn’t expect any money at that time, we were very pleased that someone wants to spend some time answering a couple of questions for a such tiny side project like us.

Friday morning couldn’t start better. Our small side project Owwly just crossed one hundred sales ❤️ (without any salesperson on board ;)

I have to start thinking about what the next milestone could be, double these digits in the next year? Probably ;)

As every Monday morning, I was checking stats on Owwly and I notice a really interesting one. So far, our service sold 98 promoted spots! 2 steps left to achieve the magic barrier of 100 promotions 🤯

I wouldn’t expect such a result at the beginning of our journey but persistence and hard work always pay off!

It’s another time when I see how big impact IH community has on our product. Two days ago I commented this post. When I woke up next day I noticed 3 new notifications from Stripe which mean that 3 new products has been featured on Owwly.

I had to say, I didn’t check stats for a looooooong time. My jobs during last months, even years, was always the same. Wake up, check Owwly, remove spam, add new product. And after 4 years of work I’ve just noticed that we aggregated over 3000 products on our service 😱

It’s a huge milestone. We achieved that thanks to our great community because over 2400 products were added by our users! Probably couple of you came to Owwly from IHs ❤️

This, what you see on the main page in Featured section, is my job. Today, I manually added 900th product. Me - random guy from Warsaw who love football & basketball and have big passion to design. Can’t be more proud, I made it 💪 Believe me - building own product is a rollercoaster - mix of bad and good days. But in the end - if you see progress, you gain new powers to continue this journey!
